The couple shared the news in a social media post , saying both mother and baby are doing well. The child will join their three other children — Ewan, Viv ek and Mirabel. In their announcement, the Vances expressed gratitude to military doctors and staff who care for their family while they serve in public office. Santa Tracker Goes Live: NORAD and Google Let You Follow Christmas Eve Journey


Having made his list and checked it twice, Santa Claus is on the move — and families can once again track his progress around the world on Christmas Eve using tools from NORAD and Google.

For more than 70 years, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) has carried on its holiday tradition of tracking Santa’s global journey. The custom began in the 1950s, when children mistakenly called a military hotline after a Sears advertisement printed the wrong phone number, according to an Associated Press interview with Air Force Col. Harry W. Shoup. Rather than turn callers away, officials began sharing “Santa sightings,” creating a tradition that continues today.
