In their announcement, the Vances expressed gratitude to military doctors and staff who care for their family while they serve in public office. The news comes as Vance, 41, has long advocated for higher U.S. birth rates, a theme he has emphasized since launching his political career and continuing into his tenure as vice president. Dilbert' creator Scott Adams dies at 68 after prostate cancer diagnosis

Scott Adams, the creator of the long-running comic strip *Dilbert*, has died at age 68 following a battle with metastatic prostate cancer. His death was announced Tuesday morning by his former wife, Shelly Miles, during a livestream on X, where she read a statement Adams had prepared earlier this year.

According to Miles, Adams passed away at his home in Pleasanton, California, while receiving hospice care. In his farewell message, dated Jan. 1, Adams reflected on his life and work, saying he had lived an “amazing life” and urging fans to “pay it forward” if they benefited from his work. He concluded the message by asking people to “be useful” and expressing his love to supporters until the end.
